These terms apply to your use of Eatoi's marketing website and waitlist (the "Site"). The mobile application, when available, may be governed by separate terms inside the app or app stores.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it (including attempting to disrupt, scrape, or probe our systems beyond normal browsing).

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or features. We may change launch plans, regions, or product scope. We will try to communicate material changes to people on the list where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, graphics, branding, and design) is owned by Eatoi or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse it without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

The Site and any information on it are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eatoi and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where allowed by law.
