Privacy policy
Last updated: March 31, 2026
Eatoi ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you visit our marketing site or join the waitlist, how we use it, and your choices. If you use our mobile app when it launches, additional in-app terms may apply.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address when you submit the form, plus a timestamp and optional source label (e.g. landing page).
- Technical data: standard server and analytics data your host may log (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages viewed) depending on how we configure hosting and analytics.
How we use your data
- To contact you about the waitlist, launch, and product updates you signed up for.
- To improve our site and understand aggregate interest in Eatoi.
- To comply with law and protect our users and services.
Marketing email
If you join the waitlist, we may send you transactional messages (e.g. confirmation) and, where permitted, marketing about Eatoi. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us at the address below.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers to run the site and store data (for example hosting, database, and email delivery). They process data on our instructions and under contract. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep waitlist and related records as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion as described below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the UAE and, where relevant, GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
Children
Our marketing site is not directed at children. The Eatoi product is designed for parents and caregivers; do not submit a child's email on their behalf without appropriate authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date.
Contact
